By completing a purchase from this website, you agree to the following terms. All products sold are perishable meat items intended for immediate consumption or for proper refrigerated or frozen storage upon delivery, and all sales are final unless expressly stated otherwise. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. 

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address, ensuring delivery instructions are correct, monitoring shipment tracking, and receiving the package upon arrival. We are not responsible for spoilage, damage, or loss resulting from incorrect address information, missed or refused deliveries, failure to retrieve packages promptly, or delays caused by shipping carriers or weather conditions.

Upon delivery, you assume full responsibility for proper storage, refrigeration, freezing, and safe handling of the product. If your order arrives damaged or appears spoiled, you must contact us within a reasonable time and provide photographs or other supporting documentation. Because our products are sold by weight and involve natural variations in cuts, actual appearance and weight may differ slightly from what is listed. Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds or replacements are considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition, and you are responsible for ensuring that any items purchased meet your dietary, allergy, or nutritional needs. While our products are processed, handled, and distributed in accordance with applicable food safety regulations, we make no warranties beyond those required by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the purchase, delivery, storage, preparation, or consumption of our products. All products are sold for personal consumption unless otherwise agreed in writing. By completing checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms, which are subject to change without notice.



Return Policy


Due to the perishable nature of our meat products, all sales are generally final. However, if your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photographs of both the product and the packaging to help us evaluate the issue.

Refunds, replacements, or store credit may be issued at our discretion after reviewing the reported issue and any supporting documentation. Please note that we are not responsible for product quality issues resulting from incorrect shipping addresses, delivery delays outside our control, or failure to promptly retrieve delivered packages.

We are also not responsible for the condition of products after delivery if they were not properly refrigerated or frozen. Opened, consumed, or improperly stored products are considered non-returnable and are not eligible for refund or replacement.

All claims must be submitted through our customer service contact information listed on our website. Please be aware that this policy is subject to change without prior notice.
