Located in Sonora, Mexico, a region renowned for producing exceptional beef, our 3rd-generation, family-owned ranch has remained committed to respecting the land, caring for our animals, and delivering uncompromising quality.
Our cattle are pasture-raised in wide-open spaces, allowed to graze naturally and move freely, reducing stress and promoting overall health. We take a hands-on approach to animal care, ensuring clean water, proper nutrition, and humane treatment at every stage. Healthy cattle produce better beef—richer in flavor, cleaner in taste, and higher in quality.

From Pasture to Plate.
Our cattle are raised the way nature intended—on open pasture, grazing on grasses and seasonal forages rather than confined in feedlots. They spend their days roaming, grazing, and resting in a low-stress environment that supports their natural behavior.
We use regenerative practices like rotational grazing to keep both our animals and our land healthy. By moving the herd regularly, we strengthen soil, encourage biodiversity, and care for the pasture that sustains them.
The result is flavorful, nutrient-dense beef, often higher in omega-3s, CLA, vitamin E, and B vitamins than conventional beef.
